As we like to say here at Miller Building Inspections, knowledge is power. So it comes as no surprise that during the home inspection process, it’s our goal to provide you with the information you need to make a sound and informed decision.
Due to the thorough nature of our inspections, you should plan for the process to take 2-3 hours. While many home inspection companies require your presence throughout the entire process, at Miller Building Inspections, we know how busy you are. While you’re welcome to come for the duration, we find that the best use of your time is to meet with us near the end the inspection. That way you aren’t just standing around waiting on us but you don’t miss the opportunity to discuss our findings and any concerns in person.
At the end of the home inspection, you’ll know exactly where you stand. Our fee also includes a formal written report complete with pictures, recommendations and narrative within 24 hours. But our service to you doesn’t end after your inspection. Our clients have full access to us via telephone for one year after inspection at no additional charge.
